Q: What is your processing time? A: Our dedicated team requires 6 to 10 business days to handcraft your canine cookies with love. Please note that this does not include shipping time.

Q: What’s up with your packaging? A:We're committed to sustainability! Every package we send is a small step towards a greener planet – "POOCHES for the PLANET." To make that happen, we use gently used packaging to protect your goodies during their journey. And that's not all! Our actual gift boxes and cookie bags are brand new and compostable, making your canine cookies not only delicious but eco-friendly too! 🌱🌍 🐾

Q: Does your DOG Icing melt? A: Fear not! Our specialty, high-end plant based icing, made exclusively for dogs, does not melt. No refrigeration required. (P.S. It's all-natural and free of fat and sugar!)

Q: How long are your cookies good for? A: Our cookies are best enjoyed within 4 weeks when stored out of the freezer, away from direct sunlight, and sealed airtight. Our commitment to natural preservatives ensures healthier and safer treats, but please consider your local climate's humidity and cookie care. This is just a guideline.

Q: How long will it take to get my Order? A: We create your cookies "Made to Order" for ultimate freshness. Our processing time is 6 to 10 business days, not including shipping via USPS.

Q: What do I do if my Cookies arrived Damaged? A: We apologize for any inconvenience! Please keep your tracking number handy and contact USPS to initiate a claim. Ensure you retain all cookies, damaged pieces, and packaging materials for USPS inspection.

Q: What is your Return Policy? A: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues or concerns, please reach out to us at Dbbtreats@twc.com or through our Contact Page. We're here to assist you.

Q: How do we Ship? A: We ship all orders via USPS Priority, typically arriving within 1-4 days. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Q: Where do you ship to? A: We proudly ship all across the United States. However, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: Do you take Custom Orders? A: Indeed, we do! We'd love to chat with you about your custom order preferences. Your pup's unique taste is our delight.
